If it wasnt for Travis and Kaitlyn in service, I probably wouldnt go there, they are the only ones that communicate with anybody in service. I have never met the sales manager or service manager, dont even know who they are. The only reason I go to Rockstar Harley is because my bike is still under warranty. And still questionable about some of that because Ive never actually seen any of the parts that theyve had to replace. Just take their word for it.
Most recent purchase I had was a 2022 street glide special I purchased and was still a little irritated because I had to spend almost 2 1/2 to 3 hours bickering about the price that they had on a used bike . $38,000 for a bike is a little ridiculous when it is a used bike and you cannot charge for the accessories that somebody else put on it when they traded it in.
