I bought a cycle and had delivered at 5pm by 7:30pm I was having the bike towed home. After arrival, I geared up for my 1st ride and hit the road, went a little off road and the gear shifting bracket came off bike and I was stuck in 2nd gear. I slowly rode to safe road and had to call a friend with a truck to tow me home in the dark. When I got home I called and left message. My message said that I wanted GM to call me as well as bike picked up and fixed. The next day, Sat, the manager did pick up and fix the bike and return promptly therefore the 2 stars. However afterwards I never got that call from GM and I tried 3 times. Once by asking sales mgr, second by asking my specific salesman and 3rd by calling the loan/warranty manager I dealt with. No attempts to call me back, apologize or reimburse me for towing?
